How to become a Speaker of World Police Summit 2026?
Speaker proposals will be reviewed carefully, and final selections will depend on the event programme and the availability of speaking slots. If an approved proposal cannot scheduled as a speaking session, the World Police Summit may share the accepted abstract with attendees through its official communication and outreach channels. Is there any deadline to register as an exhibitor?
There is no deadline for exhibitor registration. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, spaces are limited, so we recommend securing your spot early to guarantee availability.
Payment Methods
Participants can complete their registration using one of the following payment options:
Online Payment:
Registration fees can be paid securely online using major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Once the payment is successfully processed, an invoice in English will be generated automatically through the registration platform and sent to the billing email address provided during registration. Please note that any bank or transaction charges associated with the payment are the responsibility of the participant.
On-Site Payment:
Participants who register at the event venue can pay the registration fee directly on-site using a credit card or cash. The accepted currency or currencies for on-site payments will be specified by the Organising Committee and displayed on the official registration platform before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Participants who cancel their registration on or before 29 August 2026 (11:59 PM UAE time) are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus an AED 200 administrative processing fee.
For cancellations made between 30 August 2026 and 10 October 2026 (11:59 PM UAE time), participants will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will issue for cancellations made on or after 11 October 2026. The only exception applies to refund requests related to delays or issues with the organizer’s invitation letter or visa support documents, provided these were not supplied within the required timeframe by the organizer.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will process within 60 days after the conclusion of the World Police Summit. All approved refund amounts will issued via bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method used during registration.
