Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to request assistance in locating information related to my father’s time living in Burkina Faso (then Upper Volta) between 1983 and 1986. He was a student during that period and lived on or near a street he recalls as “Rue 12 Faisal” or something similar. He also mentioned that the building may have been previously rented by the government of Burkina Faso, possibly for student housing or diplomatic use.
We are trying to confirm some details about his residence during that time. If you are able to assist or can direct us to the appropriate local authority, department, or archive that might hold relevant records, we would be very grateful.
Please let us know what additional information may be helpful, and if there is someone else we should contact.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
