How to apply and obtain Police Clearance Certificate in Liberia?

Procedure to apply for PCC

• PCC applications can be made in person at the Liberia National Police Headquarters at the below address:

Liberia National Police Headquarters (Records and Identification Section),

Charles B. Alfonso Cain Building,

Capital Hill in Monrovia, Liberia.

• Fill in the application form and bring all the documents
• Please submit the completed application and supporting documentation in accordance with the authorities’ standards.
• Pay the charges
• The certificate will either be available for pick up at the location where the applicant applied in person, mailed to them upon notification, or issued in accordance with regulations.

Required Documents

• Valid ID
• Must have a valid Passport
• Citizen proof/Document of National Identity (DNI).
• Passport size photo
• Email ID

Eligibility

• 16 years of age or older. If a juvenile has not reached the age of 16, the parent exercising parental authority must submit the application on their behalf.
• Must have a valid passport and ID
• The applicant’s present residence must match that on the passport and any other supporting documents.
