I would like to make a complaint in relation to (2) police officers that failed their duty of care to Protect and to Serve my self as a member of the local community. They failed to follow their proper protocol procedures to investigate a nuisance being under the influence of substance, waiting tax payer dollars. I have a child with a disability who was supervised and not in any danger. The applicant came directly to my home with an aggressive manner i did not appreciate that. I am member of a local Mormon Church and I believe in helping other and doing unto others as others do unto me. The applicant figured since I was the new kids on the block she was waiting for the perfect opportunity to target me, looking for trouble and causing a scene in front of the neighbourhood and my children. The police decided to take the work of the public nuisance without evidence of her complaint, I also offered my evidence which they failed to comply with for their investigation.
Although one officer was very dictating and behaved in an non compliance manner to make me feel safe whilst my son with an Autism Disorder sat at out family table to witness and observe which is unacceptable.
I will be contacting Legal Aid and also writing a formal complaint to the local Commander Chief of Police to resolve this matter. If unresolved I will be writing a formal complaint to my Ombudsman QLD to investigate further.
Its a shame that they still target innocent individual/indigenous woman to retrieve a bonus payment and credit for their profile.
This Systematic Racism has to be prevented and handled in a calm, safe, careful manner.
(Maybe this is the reason why Australia is debt)? Wasting tax paying money is a serious offence and would consider showing a bit of respect for the Queen and the Country they serve
And I am the now the individual Indigenous woman who is being reported to the Child Protection Services? What a complete Joke to the officers that didn't comply responsibly with their Duty of Care. I feel really sorry for the public nuisance who complained. Grow up Australia its time to stand together as One accord prevention of waisted honest tax paying money that honest people work really hard for including myself I'm ashamed that money is waisted on individuals under the influence of substances.
Police do your duty of Care and prevent the situation. You guys are trained in Psychology, behavioural problems especially when it comes to being under the influence. It is very disgusting that they have depended on a little innocent Indigenous male age 3 with a disability to gain access for their bonus to work with the CPS QLD and swearing on oath, even worse.
Its okay though everything in the darkness comes to light. That's exactly how God exposes truth.
